They had indicated there was a national security breach involved, which would have made everything different. It seems this was regular paying for sex with men so it doesn't seem like a big deal.

You can't seriously be thinking this is just about outing someone as gay. Who cares? The point of the release is that he apparently was doing wildly illegal things, creating a national security risk, and it was all recorded.

The difference is that while the average person knows FOX is for MAGA nuts and MSNOW is for liberals, I think they tend to think social media forums are unbiased, since they're constructed to seem like all people have free speech there. Hiding posts is like binding & gagging a person in studio.
