Tried to get my laptop repaired today.
One guy got mad when I described the issue and requested a quotation, saying "they can't estimate, go elsewhere if I don't trust them" before hanging up.
Another closed down but didn't update their website.
Finally got it fixed but man, I'm tired, boss.
