Left or right, the only thing that matters to me is that the politician seeks to govern, not obtain power. Magyer can do wrong, but equally he is capable of doing right, and is worthy of praise when doing so.

I think that as I mature (at 36 you'd think I'd finished the process by now, but it never ends) Final Fantasy 7 is becoming my favourite FF game. It simply has everything I'm looking for. It has romance. It has magic. It has cosmic horror. Body horror. Anti-capitalism. Eco-essentialism.

I made the mistake of checking the forecast for next week. I'm so glad this oil execs got their billions. Truly, this planet and humanity's entire purpose was to ensure that that very small group of people could amass such huge wealth that will mean nothing when the world burns. I'm so proud of us.
