They said William Saliba wasn't in the team pic. I couldn't have that, so I fixed it via good old fashioned Photoshop, none of this generative Ai bollocks.

A lovely flurry of goals to win it. Timber's touch, turn and finish was fantastic, then adding Saka, Ode and Havertz upped the quality for us.

Great to see Eze make an impact with a goal (and 5 shots), and Saka with a goal and an assist should remind some people he's still got lots to offer.

Lille well organised. We have had a couple of decent chances. Merino header, Bruno near post, & one moment went begging when MLS played it to the keeper when Merino was waiting for a tap-in.

All feels a bit second gear from us though, would like us to play passes earlier and quicker in 2nd half.

Spoke to Martin from The Tollington today – they're going to be closed for some time because of the fire 😕

He asked me to let people know Big Red on Holloway Road will be open before the game today, so if you're looking for a spot for a pre-game pint, there you go!

Very sad news.

Nobody will ever match his Arsenal tenure...a quite extraordinary life of service to the club.

RIP.

It seems apt that Manchester City fans adopted the Poznan, a celebration where everybody looks the other way.
