The Trump administration continues to throw anything at the wall and hope it sticks. But his attempts to restrict birthright citizenship targeting U.S. born children won’t work. The Supreme Court already made it clear: Birthright citizenship is still the law of the land.

The pause has created chaos for Californians after the CA DMV cancelled 13,000 licenses due to bureaucratic error.
