Back fiddling with recipes. I have a Carolina pulled pork recipe in a place where I like it but I wanna see if I can make a fall/winter version since it’s such a summer thing. Maybe some rosemary and fennel seeds? Maybe fewer vinegar based additions too (mustard, pickles, etc)

I thought leaving the south meant I’d leave inclement conditions but I moved to California with regular earthquakes and then moved to the northeast where I guess we get waterspouts but also an occasional earthquake?
