No need for speculation by outsiders! I think a very straightforward way for James Talarico to relieve the fears of trans Texans would be for him to simply say, publicly, how he would improve trans rights once in office.

Last week, I visited Juniper Blessing’s memorial and met with trans students at UW to hear their experiences and the fear they felt after her killing.
Trans people deserve to live as their full, authentic selves. I will continue to fight in Congress for them to do just that.

I'm sorry but this is cowardice and a violation of the Hippocratic oath, plain and simple. It is not and has never been illegal to provide trans kids with healthcare. They simply don't want to do it and would rather make kids suffer than follow their basic duties as medical professionals.
