As a Happy Birthday to AugustaOctavia who likes to use pulp art covers for fic, I made this McGinnis homage Wolfstar cover — @baitswitch.bsky.social was so awesome and wrote a story and gave it a title to go with! Such a fun collab to work on
Read here: archiveofourown.org/works/90065506
Pulp cover inspired Wolfstar fan art. Remus Lupin sits on a desk while Sirius Black sits behind and rests his whiskey glass on Lupin’s thigh. Test reads: 35 knuts, “Bite Now, Play Later,” He was cornered, wild, and wandless-it would take a wolf to tame him. By Baitswitch and Landbeorht

A poem for fan fiction writing. Sorry not sorry for any and all grammatical mayhem.
Poem by landbeorht reads: In defense of that typo In defense of imperfect grammar... In defense of forgetting commas... of messing up geographical details... of spelling something wrong... of sprinkling em-dashes like gasping breaths from parted lips in desperate moments... of letting..ellipses. stack...and slow...the moment..to...a.. of forgetting spaces when youwantedtorushonward... of not remembering a detail... of saying something twice because you thought of it twice... of going on and on for ages and ages, luxuriating... of rhyming when you didn't mean to... of rhyming when you did... of repeating a word you love... of leaning on italics... In defense of the mess of Being and of the mess showing up on the page in scribbled sentences half-formed raw but intelligible In defense of sitting down to write because you love because you love because you love in defense of being a fan making fiction.

Ah! So delayed here. Happy Lunar New Year, all! 🐎🧧🎇 Which has also become the year of Draco Malfoy as unofficial lucky mascot thanks to the Chinese translation of his name Malfoy, Ma-er-fu, containing the words for horse and fortune. (look how this gave me an excuse to draw riding boots )
Illustration of Draco Malfoy walking in profile in black riding clothes with a dark coat. The silhouette of a horse head is with him all against a red background. Gold, hand written text reads: Year of the Horse

Companion piece. Have you read "a Long Beautiful Game" by @gingerbaggins.bsky.social yet?

Digital illustration of a pale, white-haired person crouching with head bowed beside a fallen black chess king. They wear dark clothes, their posture conveying exhaustion or contemplation; muted brown tones and soft grain create a somber, introspective mood.

Watching Sinners tonight. I've heard it's amazing! Also, the further we fall into this fascist hellscape, the more steadfastly I refuse to take down holiday decor ✊🏼

I was commissioned to draw Zutara again!! This time it was by AutumnWeen over on AO3 for her sweet Zutara fic, What Was Left Unsaid. I had a lot of fun drawing this, so if you want the full context for this illustration, then definitely go read it! :)

After the party, New Year’s Eve 🍾

It’s been such a lovely 2nd year creating in this fandom! Cheers to another ahead 🥂

There’s a lady at my local Indigo selling AI children’s books and as someone who publishes indie kids books locally and spends money on paying real authors/artists I feel very strongly that she is my actual nemesis.
