ever since i posted this ive noticed a slew of artists posting comics of them doing the same and it just makes me feel that much less alone its very nice but also terrifying everybody please stop bumping into things

LRT thread is completely spot on. Doesn’t mean it’s easy but inner reverberations echo outside. Be kind to yourself and others eventually it comes easier. It takes time, if you want to change , if you want to get better you can and you will and it is worth it I promise

hating yourself is stupid because eventually you wimp out and you start hating other people instead and turn all that self loathing outwards and then nobody likes you
