Was decided I needed to repeat the punishment before this morning's run to make sure I understood my rules WILL be obeyed. Today's redo was double strokes from yesterday. It certainly pushed me to run at a quicker pace than normal.

My standard rules will be followed or punishment is earned. 8500 steps per day, with proof reported, is required everyday. Have to prove and report it to two Sirs daily. I fell short --- this is the punishment from one Sir. 60 lashes to the thighs. OUCH!!!!!!!!

During a pool party yesterday Sir had me follow him to my room to worship his feet for a minute to make sure my mindset was properly submissive. A short task but powerful one set my submissive energy level on tilt. So today I was to go do my normal 3km run but just kept going!
