I love how put upon Fusco is in Person of Interest. Everyone having complicated lives and it just /inconveniences/ him. Nobody sympathises with poor working stiff Fusco.

I am really enjoying bookbinding. It’s been a much slower burn hobby compared to knitting- I’ve bound less than 30 books in three years. When I learned to knit, I am pretty sure I spent the next ten years with my needles glued to my hands, 3+ hours a day.

Spent today first working with AI (unsatisfying) and then advising other people on how to work with AI (marginally less unsatisfying). The emotional equivalent of a day spent installing and then uninstalling and then reinstalling Windows. It’s possible progress was made but it feels like shit.

Back on my bullshit aka rewatching Person of Interest. I’d expected to skip a lot of the first season which I remember as being less sci-fi but no, it’s there from the start! Plus they give us lil peeks into the characters backstory right away. Way to hit the ground running, A+ show so far.

Doing the TOS Bridge LEGO set with my dad who got me into Star Trek back in The Day. The transporter room is fabulously kitschy, very true to the show.
