Welcome to #AItried, courtesy of @birdfybynetvue.bsky.social. An attempt was made.
A tall grayish brown bird sits on the yellow ledge of a Birdfy smart bird feeder. It has a small, dark, pointy beak and small dark eyes. It faces the camera at a slight angle, showing its chest and right profile and a wing that is slightly darker than its body. The end of its tail is visible underneath and behind the bird. The wing is pointy and is positioned in a way that appears notched. Its feet are pinkish in color. The background shows a flat, green lawn with several buildings and houses at the edge. The bird, a mourning dove, has a blue outline around it from the camera’s AI, which has identified the bird as a “ruby-throated hummingbird”. A northern cardinal sitting on the wooden ledge of a Birdfy Bamboo smart AI bird feeder. The time stamp and low light conditions indicate it is early morning as the sun is rising. A large leafy tree is in the distance. The bird is facing away from the camera with the side profile showing a grayish-brown bird with dark eyes and an orange beak. It has its feathers puffed out and is sitting low on its talons (resting position). An orange outline surrounds the bird with word below the image tagging it as “birds”. A mourning dove sitting on the yellow ledge of a Birdfy smart AI bird feeder. The bird is facing the camera with its head turned slightly to the right. It is grayish-brown with a thin, dark beak and small, round, dark eyes. Its talons and tail are not visible. The foreground is a flat lawn with green grass and a few buildings and houses at the furthest edge. An orange outline surrounds the bird with words below the image tagging it as a “Brown-headed cowbird”. A midsize bird is standing on the ledge of a round, plastic container full of bird feed which is sitting inside a blue Birdfy smart AI bird bath that doesn’t have water. The bird’s profile is to the camera. It has a long tail, heavy breast streaks, and a grayish eyebrow. With the fine streaking and lack of central chest spot, it appears to be a juvenile song sparrow. The foreground shows red brick and pale yellow siding of a house with the top of a few short green shrubs visible around the basin of the bird bath. A yellow outline surrounds the bird with words below the image incorrectly tagging it as a “house finch.”

The yellow-bellied woodpecker at our house is a bit quirky. The northern cardinal seems to agree. #birding #birbs #photography
A yellow-bellied woodpecker is eating on the left side of a red and metal suet feeder. A male northern cardinal perches on the metal hook above and looks down. The background is blurred. A wooden bird feeder is in the foreground. Both bird feeders have snow-capped roofs.
