I never saw myself running for Congress, but after seeing how healthcare policy decisions affected my patients, I knew it would take someone from the bedside standing up to make a difference. Glad to be a part of a movement of folks who feel the same way across the country.

Rain or shine, the people of Darien know how to celebrate their sweet corn! I had the pleasure of walking in the Darien CornFest parade last weekend. It was great meeting folks and the farmers who work hard all season for their harvest.

What an amazing town hall we had last week, Cudahy showed up! This event was one of our best yet, the momentum in the room was incredible. Thank you to Birds on a Wire for organizing this event, and to Bowzer from Sha Na Na for being a very special guest.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the tragedy that was 9/11. Today, we remember the 2,977 lives that were lost that day. We keep them in our thoughts, along with their families, and honor the valiant First Responders who did not hesitate to put their lives on the line.
