So, a little thread of who I am:
I'm a huge film geek who heads to repertory movie theaters to watch (or rewatch) classic films on the big screen, mainly at the New Beverly Cinema or any of the three cinemas that the American Cinematheque curates (Los Feliz 3, Aero Theatre and The Egyptian).

Evening viewing recommendation? On the Criterion Channel, watch TENEBRAE (1982) in our Dario Argento collection! ❤️🔥 Argento raises the giallo genre to new heights with this darkly humorous and notoriously grisly murder mystery, widely considered one of his finest works.

In Death Proof (2007), a 37-second collision is shown 4 times across 33 shots. Using three event repetitions, slow motion, and two overlapping edits, it details the impact on four Honda Civic passengers. The iterations focus on each victim, while the final shots track continuity.
