I made a coat just in time for chilly weather. Fabrics were gifted to me by a local sewist. Outer is a wool houndstooth, lining is a heavy upholstery weight silk. The original pattern didn’t call for a lining- but I mean c’mon- you gotta add a lining!!

I made these pants a few years ago, but the fit was horrible so in they went to the repair basket! Finally got around to redoing the waistband, which involved adding an elastic to the back to avoid any gaping. Then I made a matching shirt!!

Spent my 40th birthday being a little mountain goblin lady with my favourite man. Hiked over 84 km, licked a glacier and painted my heart out. It was bliss.

Using generative AI for imagery is **directly harmful** to artists, graphic designers, photographers etc.
This isn't a vague moral argument: this is just normal, standard theft, except at a completely new scale and social acceptability. We need to reverse that.
