A project I've been working on over the last few years is developing a Sports Science "department" from the ground up at my D3 school. As of this semester, we have 7 interns who force plate test nearly every athlete and I developed a dashboard for storing and communicating data.

The Mariners drafted and developed their *entire* 6-man rotation, which is really cool!
The weird part is: those pitchers *collectively* threw 7 innings in AAA before their MLB debuts as starters. An entire 6-man MLB rotation effectively skipped AAA, and Sloan is likely to do the same thing!
