Matching colours, sharing compliments and handing out wildflower seeds.
Our Special Assignments Company spread a little extra kindness at Southampton's Bedford Place Summer Festival.
Six performers dressed in red, orange, purple, yellow, green and blue stand in a pedestrianised street at the Bedford Place Summer Festival in Southampton. Each performer holds a matching coloured umbrella beneath festival bunting strung across the street. Performers from Blue Apple Theatre's Complimentary Colours performance pose together at the Bedford Place Summer Festival. The group wear brightly coloured costumes and hold matching umbrellas, while a performer with large butterfly wings stands behind them. Performers in colourful costumes interact with festival-goers during Complimentary Colours at the Bedford Place Summer Festival in Southampton. A performer in purple offers a card to a member of the public while other performers in yellow, orange and green gather nearby. Six performers from Complimentary Colours pose in front of a bright red open-top bus. Each performer wears a single block colour costume in blue, yellow, purple, orange, green or red and carries a matching umbrella. The bus destination display reads "150 Swanage".
