Huh. Not a great combo week again. FNC doesn't give power (or discount) so he can't directly effect SIM. So can moving SIM (or anything?) trigger a power for SIM? Nope not that either. At least not directly. Some things that indirectly work...

Did it technically work like we thought? Yep and things to note - he does count himself when figuring the costs in play (so it's better to have prio - might help your opponent get one fewer discount), and he doesn't try to discount past zero...

Did it technically work like we thought? Yes, though unlike most Ongoings it doesn't show the full power it has at the moment in hand. If you give it +1 the card in hand will have only +1 power showing. Why? I don't know.
