That app from @thetimes.com is fekn awful. I’ve just spent an hour trying to get it to work, with “help” from Shanell, the chatbot. Waste of time, so I’ve uninstalled it, and sticking with the website.

The new app from @scotrailtrains.bsky.social is pretty poor - several steps backwards on user experience, especially when it forgets my railcard every time.
