I think there should be a form of therapy where the therapist accompanies you into the real world and helps you adapt to situations that reinforce new learning.

I hate pride month. It always makes me feel empty inside. I wasted my youth. I regret what could have been. The years spent hiding and it's made worse by knowing I won't do anything to make it better. I lost so much for nothing.
