Day 13. The noises outside at night have become quieter but somehow more menacing. Nicola went outside for water and never came back. Only Simeon seems unaffected, though he smiled at me yesterday in a strange discomfiting manner. The bus. The bus. The bus.
I opened Facebook and immediately died of cringe.

Does anyone know if it's possible to track down who is paying for a specific billboard?

This billboard on Murphy Street outside Thorndon New World exactly matches National Party content but has no authorisation statement and no owner other than "concerned citizens".

I would like to do Research.

So Labour & Greens are CLOSE to being able to form a govt on their own based on these results.

How do we convince people eyeing The Opportunist Party that if they want a progressive left-leaning party there already is one, Greens, they don't have to gamble on a trojan horse.

This video was made in 2020, since then the wealth of the top 1% of U.S. households has expanded by over $30 trillion.

It was never a cost of living crisis, it was a cost of greed crisis.

But again the false narrative of 'they earned it' or 'they create jobs' will never die

Look, if we had that kind of money to spend on improving traffic flows around Auckland this would not be the way to do it.
So what *is* Mill Road for?

Does anyone know? Is it just for trucks to miss out a bit of the motorway?

TL;DR: If you had a few billion $ to solve our traffic woes, would you invest it in encouraging more traffic—or creating more traffic-free options? www.greaterauckland.org.nz/2026/10/06/t...

FABRIC WANTED: As many of you know, my family runs a small charity passing on second-hand sewing machines to former refugees.

We also make up starter packs of fabric, scissors, pins, etc, so the new owner can sew straight away.

Do you have anything to pass on?
