Sea Curse (Weird Tales, May 1928) by Robert E. Howard. When a witch's niece falls victim to a terrible crime, a curse brings down well-deserved doom on the perpetrators.

This story uses a stanza from Rudyard Kipling's The Sea-Wife as an epigraph.
