Most of the commentary about this concentrates on how it's just an asshole move. And it definitely is. But it's also a violation of ADA
TSA says it is removing chairs at document checks in airports, requiring staff to stand for their shift.

TSA explained the reason as twofold: to ensure its employees meet its fitness standards and to create an amiable environment for travelers.
TSA officers must now stand up on the job
The agency is removing chairs from document-checking stations.

This is part of the annual fall migration southward and appears to be the busiest night of the season underway.

"No matter how you refine your questions, the chatbot will generate responses reflecting what the greatest number of users are likely to want to hear, which tends to be close to what they think they already know."
Great read: a historian’s deconstruction of the voices ingested by various LLM—and the assumptions baked into these tools about the interests of their intended audience. “AI shunts aside problems of how knowledge is formed and communicated;” the author illustrates why we can’t afford to accept that.
