Trans rights is inherently a bodily autonomy issue. Just like abortion rights is. We can't have gender equity or reproductive freedom without trans rights. Full stop.

You can yell at me and make up shit that you claim I've said if it makes you feel better. I don't care. I'm right. And you know it.

Something tells me morality is never going to be the winner
Netflix has announced a new reality series titled ‘THE NEW STANFORD PRISON EXPERIMENT’.

The series follows 30 participants who enter a real prison and are randomly assigned as guards or prisoners. They must see if they conform to the roles or if morality wins.

I gotta tell you, it's fun to see non-sports people learn about Kraft. NFL fans know him very well, and this couldn't happen to a better person. He's just a bad guy.

He's the level of asshole where he let ICE use the Patriots (team he owns) plane for deporations.

The least of his sins, but Galloway would always try and smoke his cigars in the HoC and it'd be up to some low paid person to tell him not to. Absolute dick move

Photo memories served me a reminder of the most haunted artefact, given to my wife by a former boss - a wedding favour from the Minnelli / Gest wedding (yes it's a mousemat, yes it's real)

Incredible work here—a hollow statement that changes absolutely nothing, yet will manage to anger everyone in the process.

Truly, these are The Adults, and I am so glad they are back in the room.

This was called vibes by the inner circle of the governing party who can't condemn masked fascists
The Green Party now has 78,000 members.

Thats 10,000+ new members this month alone who want to draw the line.

I know there are so many more people who want to take a stand.

I can’t wait to read the NYT op-ed from Renee Good’s wife about grief on the one year anniversary of her death.

Surely the NYT will extend the same grace to Becca Good—whose partner died protesting against state power—as it has to Erica Kirk—whose partner died defending white supremacy

Which is why they are not a progressive government
This should be the easiest open goal in the world for a progressive government - they are literally violent criminals. Most voters do not like violent criminals.

Labour has banned peaceful protest for Palestine.

It should not be hard for Andy Burnham to condemn thugs.
Asked if the Government considers the masked thugs swarming British ports “far right” Andy Burnham’s spokesman replies that “it's an operational matter for the police to set out their response to the protests on the ground. So I will leave them to respond to that.”

When assessing the veracity of the claim in this headline, it‘s worth bearing in mind that the Home Office has long had a hostile and racist decision-making culture, of which the most notorious example was the “grant monkey” >
Codswallop, as the Home Office's own stats make clear. To claim, for example, that Iraqi Kurds don't face persecution automatically discounts this "whistleblower" as someone without the knowledge to be conducting reviews or speaking on asylum recognition rates.
