To the law what Morph is to sculpture.

Still a future barrister.
On an exclusive legal positivist level, was the destruction of Alderaan legal?

The borough council alleges that in Xanadu did Kubla Khan a stately pleasure-dome decree in breach of s171A Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Why not apply the overriding objective to all areas of life?

I’ll cook dinner deliciously and at proportionate cost if I want to.

Can someone who’s good at omens tell me what a huge thunderstorm on the night your leader resigns means?

Is it good?

Wasn’t it brilliant back when they didn’t use nostalgia to promote everything?

Pretty sure I have a solid case against the public body involved.
No legal aid available for yacht owners.

What has this country come to?

Decline.

Anyone here know any lawyers?
Just moored my yacht off Brownsea Island and I must say it was a delight to see a large group of young people and their instructors enjoying a bit of camping there.

Why is it that the claimant gets the last word in a civil trial, whilst the defendant gets the last word in a criminal trial?

The HoL has brought clarity

The clarity:

(1) is there a claimant?
(2) do they have a name?
(3) would it probably be definitely unjust to grant the remedy with possible regard to all the circumstances except those (non-exhaustively) listed in 25(a)(2) if and only if C is legally represented?

Some of the Harry Clarke windows in Bewley's. Just so happened we had breakfast for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary this morning, on the same week the Supreme Court judgment was handed down.
