Love the charity events with team costumes that would raise more money if the team just donated the money they spent on costumes 👍👍

Target is a flexible control range of 1%–3% to actively seek maximum sustainable employment btw. Curious!
Interesting that Tiff just said "Inflation is too high" at 3% in the first Q

And in the 2nd Q, he said he is not too worried about immediate inflation effect of counter tariff as they mostly focus on intermediate goods.

[yes, i have a graph to tell you that]

Seeing more and more people refer to the national budget balance, revenue position, etc. as "The fisk".

Gotta categorically, unequivocally and relentlessly nip that Sorkinian cringe in the bud.

Most of it is just auditing and merging work that has been done previously. But one change goes a little deeper, it repairs broken labels that StatCan sends down. And emits a warning to notify the user that labels were changed. And it has a surprisingly large blast radius...
Current status: Implementing a downstream workaround in the cansim package so that data columns are accessible without users having to go to monkey-patch special characters into strings.
Tired of responding to package users running into this. But really, StatCan should fix this on their end.
