The Virginia Supreme Court ruled 4-3 today to throw out a redistricting referendum that Virginia voters had actually approved last month (52% to 48%) which would have redrawn congressional maps to give Democrats up to four additional seats.

How is that not contempt of court? _Flagrant_ contempt of court, is what that is.
FOIA CASE UPDATE: So Judge Boasberg ordered the government to search DOGE records for Musk’s private phone number. The DoJ just responded with their results. Did they basically just search for messages that contain “Musk phone”? lol do I have that right @nationalsecuritylaw.org?

That millions of people at #NoKings yesterday isn't today's New York Times' headline is shameful. That the only mention is way down the page, doesn't mention the number of protesters, but does talk about Pro-Trump counter-protesters, like that was a factor, seems intentional. Don't trust the NYT.
