This might even be a reasonable concern, if you consider children to be property of their parents.

Call me a cynic, but shouldn't plans start when they start planning, not when they start a review, followed by a consultation?
Plans for the long-awaited rebuild of Oxford’s railway station are getting underway with “a detailed review of future capacity”, to be followed by public consultation. Network Rail are planning new west-side and east-side entrances as well as improved bus connections for onward travel.

Bad news: It took on a life of its own, and feels only tenuously linked to the theme #Hope. Not sure whether to try and massage it, or leave it as its own thing and start a new one.
