Ok. Way too many of you are like "BUT DUDE IT'S ABOUT PROPAGANDA." Sure, but THAT IS WHAT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Propaganda, even if you think it's evil and foreign, remains protected free speech under the Constitution.
