When I see videos of people pulling the sovereign citizen act in courtrooms or during traffic stops, it's never with the energy of somebody who knows that they're fighting a losing battle on principle. They always seem confident they're going to win. What is the basis for that? It never works!

It's currently a sweltering 105° in Studio City. I'm sorely tempted to have ice cream delivered but I'd feel guilty having anyone delivering me something in this awful heat. I realize that it's their job and they be out delivering stuff to someone else anyway, but I still feel conflicted...

Actor Peter Ferdinando did such a great job playing the Half-faced Man in the #DoctorWho episode #DeepBreath. When there's a close up of him thinking you can really see the gears turning.

It's fun watching episodes of #DoctorWho now and imagining the ridiculous idea that #Sutekh is invisibly clinging to the outside of the TARDIS. Rewatching the opening of Deep Breath and the TARDIS being spit out by the giant T-Rex is particularly funny.

Happy #StarTrek day! I was lucky enough to have had the chance to my small contribution to the legacy through IDW's Year Five comics, primarily with the Valentine's Day special written by Paul Cornell, colored by Charlie Kirchoff. The story gave me a chance to draw several different eras of Trek.

The thing that worries me about Donald Trump importing 300,000 pounds of meat from mysterious sources is the whole"every accusation is a confession" pattern. It reminds me of his baseless claim during the campaign about Haitian immigrants eating cats and dogs...

It's frustrating that I won't be boycotting the new Harry Potter series in protest of JK Rowling's anti-trans politics, just because I was never really into Harry Potter and wasn't interested in watching the series in the first place.

I saw a #Cybertruck on the road today. This one was black.
Now I have to say, I'm not usually a fan of how the silver ones look, but this one... was also ugly, but black.
