I hate that I'm defending Christopher Nolan who I can't stand for other reasons but too many people are being wrong about this: the ancient Greeks did not think of their gods as being essentially Greek and having a true appearance that looked like Greek humans.

fun fact for any of my fellow Americans who've spent the last month discovering that they actually like soccer a lot: there's a ton of soccer in the US constantly! MLS, USL, and NWSL have teams all over the place, most of the games are EXTREMELY cheap, and you should go to them!
