Tonight's game was probably the most impressive game I've seen from the 2026 Liberty since early July also vs. the Lynx in the game right before Leo Fiebich got hurt.
The shot distribution was pretty even amongst the big three and Marine Johannés really stepped up in the third.

Defensive improvements are going to be key for New York Liberty
In order for the New York Liberty to be able to go on a deep playoff run, the team's defensive intensity and intentionality has to improve.

Barely 4mins into this one, Ezi Magbegor got bumped on a drive by Cubaj, and crumpled. Needed a lot of support to limp to the sideline and staraight down the tunnel. Didn't look good for her, and obviously huge for Australia too, especially with ASmith already out. #FIBAWWC
