Mayor Cara Spencer has now twice used a staff member as a human shield for this story, and that is very representative of who she is as a leader.

Here’s the thing about the protestors demand that $150 million get spent on North City: it is a completely reasonable and doable ask.
St. Louis City leadership has a moral obligation to allocate at least $150 million of the Rams Settlement funds to tornado recovery on the north side.

Here’s the thing about the protestors demand that $150 million get spent on North City: it is a completely reasonable and doable ask.
St. Louis City leadership has a moral obligation to allocate at least $150 million of the Rams Settlement funds to tornado recovery on the north side.
