When people ask me what inspires me as a writer, I never know if they’re asking me what other stories or books I use as inspiration or if they’re asking like philosophically why I wrote what I write. Like do you want “Nat Cassidy, Chuck Tingle, Stephen King” or “my childhood trauma?”
