Thank you Sally. It isn’t something that should be judged or stigmatised. When someone takes heart medication we don’t say “they’re cheating at having good heart health” we say, “that’s a necessary change for optimal health”, as is this. Thank you for sharing it with people. Makes a difference. 🩷
