Bon dance festival in my neighborhood. Locals are celebrating and praying for their ancestors in Obon period, mid of August. I had a good time with my wife and a kid, drinking cans of beer with Takoyaki.

Father’s Day. We didn’t do anything particularly special to celebrate Father’s Day at our house, but I got to watch my favorite soccer game with my beloved family, and we were all able to celebrate Japan’s victory together—so I’m perfectly satisfied with that alone.

Honestly, the recommendations from Meta-related platforms (FB, IG, TH) are just too much noise to me—it's getting to the point where I'm seriously considering opting out.

たぶんSESの営業やと思うんやけど、どこでワイの(仕事用の)メールアドレスを手に入れたのか知らんけれども、こちとらおたくのサービスに登録した覚えはあらへんし、スキルシートを一方的に送りつけるの、迷惑以外のなにもんでも無いんやけど。
その会社の問い合わせフォームにクレーム入れたろかおもたけど、それやると先方の思うツボな気がするので、ココで吐き出す。

X Pro (former TweetDeck) is a total disaster. Notifications don't refresh, and the DM feature is half-baked trash. Does X actually plan to maintain this, or are they just letting it rot?

今年はプライベートではPerplexity と ChatGPTへお布施していたんだけど、利用頻度とコストを鑑みて、来年はGemini AI Proへお布施を全振りすることに決めた。Geminiがセールで値下げしてたし、値下げ前でも従前よりは安い。
