And frankly, it’s demoralizing. I had to apply for accommodations at my former workplace every semester. I don’t know, maybe they thought that MS and RA were just going to vanish overnight if I just took better care of myself.

Here I am again to tell everyone that people with chronic pain need to be treated properly. Treating chronic pain properly is "unaliving" prevention (I hate that I had to use that euphemism but internet is dumb). And people with chronic pain shouldn't be demonized for having chronic pain.
