My first Shadowrun character, when I still thought I was a boy, was Adam Heinlein, 56 year old elf who got burned in the corporate world and had to run shadows to get by. Starting the Shadowrun CRPGs gave me the galaxy brain move of treating them as an AU where he figured some things out and is now
