20 y/o me would be astounded I managed to pull off everything he dreamed of and more. Wrote and drew some comics, became a novelist, appeared in anthologies with writer heroes. Became friends with some favorite writers and artists. Traveled extensively. Yeah, he would be stunned.
Would 20 y/o you be impressed or disappointed by you today?

I won't say the best, since that's highly subjective, but Tom Palmer is definitely my favorite Inker for Neal Adams. As a kid I preferred Dick Giordano, but I've really come to appreciate Palmer.

I did a reread of The Fall of the House of Usher and it's amazing how powerful that story still is.Poe's idea of the 'Unity of effect' is really made for the Gothic.He chooses the mood and emotional state he wants to create,and then hammers it home,adding layer upon layer of atmosphere and detail.

I remember playing this game. Someone gave me a cheat code to make my avatar invulnerable so I would just run through the areas, occasionally stopping to kill things because I had so many enemies around me I couldn't see the avatar. They couldn't hurt me so I just made them my entourage.
