Migraine day after spending eight hours on the road yesterday plus working on my TRF shop. Had good company and help for that trip! Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Someone left a sharpie written note on our front door offering to buy our car. Guarantee it’s over hubby’s Element. We get at least one person a year knocking on the door asking about it. This makes two this year.

There I went to fill out and submit a form for an event at a location I’ve done before, but they ask for a sales blurb, which is one of the things I utterly loathe doing on the fly. But alas! I already sent one previous! I should just copy and paste it! I go to copy it, and it was never published. 😑

Doing too much scrolling, and feeling miserable that I can’t do much today. I don’t feel like I overdid it over the weekend, but my body sure has shut down on me today. Ugh, spoonie life. My kid also decided to throw a book in my face today for not engaging more. 😑

Yikes. Just saw a vendor call for an event that will be in Dallas, in August, outside, during the hottest hours of the day. They had a “suggestion” to bring your own vendor tent. Uhhh… dudes. I don’t think y’all know how to plan a good event from that info alone.

Feeling a bit directionless today. Partly because I don’t know if I have my usual help with le child so I can work, but also because my plans yesterday got derailed and I need to finish up the derailment to be able to reset my plans.

Well, I managed to spend an entire weekend on the wrong dosage of my ADHD medication. I won’t be doing that again anytime soon!

Just gotta say… I don’t want to be a content creator. Everyone expects brands to churn out new photos, new videos, fun reals, etc to socials, and I’m so severely burned out on it. I just want to make my awesome wearables.

I finally have a bit of accomplishment serotonin! I’ve been able to sew 9 out of 14 Pixie Skirts that I cut out a few weeks ago. Only having five left on my table made the happy feels happen. ☺️

Fricken FedEx, I swear. I rushed me and little one to my workshop after getting a notification that my delivery would arrive earlier than originally estimated. I missed taking my meds, we’ve missed lunch, I’m having migraine aura, and we’re hours past the delivery window.

End of Sherwood for the season, pack out day has come. Here’s hoping my trailer doesn’t break apart on the drive home! 😅 A trip to the hardware store is in my future to try to secure the trailer walls before we stuff the thing full.

In taking a day to rest and recoup, I still get so antsy that I’m doing ~nothing~. Except I’m not doing nothing… still taking care of kiddo, making meals for the family, caring for kitties, doing laundry, and answering business messages. But it doesn’t feel like I’m doing enough. 😩
