I hate Claude. I hate the way it responds, I hate the way it deskills you. I hate every impact that it has on people, the planet, the hardware supply chain, but at 3am this morning, bleary eyed patching servers, even I found it useful for dealing with some edge cases.

GPUs now running up against the same constraints as humans getting housed. You love to see it.
Business Insider confirms it: Amazon has warehouses of GPUs that can’t be installed, and is buying them so far in advance that a supply chain team said they “didn’t have a clear forecasted path” to installing them.

I am a type 1 diabetic, and last night Dexcom forced me to agree to a new terms of use in order to continuing using the app and view my blood glucose data.

Glad I had the foresight to "view agreements" and then copy the entire document. Because there appears to be NO WAY TO VIEW IT AGAIN. And...

WA is an anomaly in Australia still using structural brick construction... Presumably because because of the lack of local timber... Not that the materials used on the stick framed houses over east are much better.

The thing is hackers have always used automated tools to discover and exploit, I don't see why this is different. You could argue the intent is missing, but there is certainly negligence.
