This is not a war on a whim. It is a war to de-develop the region so Israel can dominate. As for Trump, he is a buffoon, but the decisions are being made by his Nazi aides, and their aim is to have a violent Reich that depends wholly on US militarism, rather than liberal imperial norms.

Here’s to Seth Hufstedler, a great California lawyer who died at age 102 yesterday. I knew Seth as the spouse of the amazing Judge Shirley M. Hufstedler, who became the 1st US Secretary of Education after serving 11 years on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Still a binary that de- worlds plurality of perspective/opinion. Ie in addition to dumb farming out of judgment to tech, the other offense here is re-enshrinement of press’ favorite binary —right/left— wh/ displaces the more fundamental need: representation of a whole variety of actual/possible POV.
