We’re concerned about what this means for the future of safe cycling in the Waterloo Region. Check out our formal request to the provincial government. cyclewr.ca/our-advocacy...

Helmets must be worn by kids. But it's needlessly punitive to ticket the parents of a seriously injured kid. They've learnt their lesson. Also, our court system sees 250K withdrawals in dangerous driving tickets a year, this ticket needlessly burdens the system: www.ctvnews.ca/kitchener/ar...

Waterloo Region relies on this funding to expand its cycling infrastructure. Tell your MP that this is important to you.
🇨🇦 Bike infrastructure is a low cost, high impact solution for housing & health. But $500M in federal funding is now at risk.

If approvals aren't issued now, we lose the 2026 construction season.

The numbers don’t have to be the same as the summer.

But consistently seeing at least some cyclists in the winter plants the idea in you that “this is a normal thing that people do”.
