This week, in unwanted ads, we have about 4 or 5 different companies wanting to teach me #bookkeeping as either a side-hustle, or as a "retirement" gig.

Trust has been broken across the spectrum, and while it might get repaired, it's going to take a lot of work for at least another generation.
I generally eschew absolutes, but use one when describing a cornerstone of my personal leadership philosophy: Trust.
If we can’t trust each other, we are useless to each other.
From interpersonal to international relations, establishing, sustaining, & strengthening trust is essential mutual work.
