I think the only way I would even start to o consider forgiving Americans is if they OVERWHELMINGLY vote democratic in November. Anf none of this flipping 10-15 seats. If it’s not 60% average + actoss the country, we know it’s still full of xenophobes and pedo protectors.

Buying Canadian isn’t really that hard if you put in a little effort. I went to Simon’s today, and bought 2 sweaters, 2 pants, and a t-shirt to add to my fall / winter wardrobe. All brands actually made in Canada. #buycanadian #simons

Sometimes I feel that I’m so lucky to have my husband and dog and I can’t help but think one day they may both be gone, or they’ll be in pain, and I’ll never feel their love again, and I turn into a wet puddle of tears.

Being in your 50s means spending $425 on shingles vaccine shots and getting a 3 day fever on purpose. Silver lining: my husband takes good care of me and even went out to get me some perogies as comfort food.

It’s pride weekend here in Vancouver. Every year I get such bad depression because of it. The pressure to be happy and sparkly and hang around as many friends as you can. I don’t have a tribe outside of my husband and dog. And that is highlighted quite loudly around this time of year.

Today on the bus ride home I had to endure listening to 6 teenage broccoli heads spew toxic masculinity. Saying how disgusted they are whenever they get comments from “homos” on their tick tock posts. They all had golf clubs so I didn’t say anything. ;(
