Good. But the fact that 3 supreme court justices, who all swore to defend the Constitution really, really hate the 14th amendment shouldn't be ignored. They are not jurists. They are racist partisans in robes.
Birthright Citizenship is in. The court strikes down Trump's executive order. It's 6-3, with Roberts, the liberals, Kav and ACB. Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch dissent.
