Three days at #FabConEurope and one message stood out above everything else: Context is the new competitive advantage.
In the photo, taken on the last afternoon, I look exactly how I felt: tired, overloaded with new ideas, but highly motivated to bring these insights home and put them into practice.

Friday, just before noon. My inbox is empty. Productivity goal achieved? Not exactly. An empty inbox doesn't mean there's no work left to do. It means no unresolved emails are competing for my attention and blocking my focus.

Many people in my personal and family circle don't really know what I do for a living. Most of the time, my work is summed up with a smile:

"You do something with computers, right?"

And yes, computers are part of it. But what I do is really about something much bigger.
