My most vivid memory of Graham is from Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing. Graham was legitimately angry that Dr. Ford's testimony had not been disclosed and vetted earlier.

This trend of judges treating blog posts as scholarship is wild.
The dissent also exhibits scholarship blinders we see in recent Supreme Court op: it relies almost exclusively on scholarship written by conservative/libertarian advocates who lobby & litigate for broader gun rights. Eg, it cites 4(!) articles & a blog post by David Kopel (an otherwise nice guy).

Just want to point out the slippage between vigilantism and state power here. Per this account, an unmarked car tries to stop Araujo, he tries to get away (as many people would do if a rando tried to stop us), he's shot by state agents, agency officials lie about it, and the Twitter mob takes over.
This is absolutely devastating and infuriating. ICE officers in an unmarked car shot and killed Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a father of three, on his way to work. Then the smear machine immediately kicked in.
