I visited Pole Mokotowskie parkrun which is in a beautiful natural park, and has wonderful volunteers.
What a beautiful walkable, runnable, cyclable city!

Last week I was an international #parkrun tourist in Palermo, Sicily. Lovely to meet parkrunners from all over the world. Yes it was damn hot, thanks to the volunteers for the water spray & drinks 🇮🇹

18 months ago I was resuscitated after my 185th parkrun and I became a bit obsessed with reaching 250 but this morning I finally achieved it. Thank you #parkrun. And special thanks to the strangers who resuscitated me who are now great friends ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been looking forward to visiting the Somerdale Pavilion #parkrun for ages & this morning it did not disappoint - what a fabulous experience the curlywurly is & we got to do it 3 times! Thank you to all the amazing volunteers

When I was in hospital last year one of the targets I set myself was to make the pilgrimage to Bushy #parkrun which I finally succeeded yesterday. What a fabulous experience ❤️
