An Eastern tiger swallowtail butterfly hangs upside down to feed from a deutzia bush full of little white flowers. The butterfly is a female with pale yellow wings intersected by many black lines (tiger) with a blue, orange, and black spotted border along her hindwings. If you look closely, you'll see her proboscis extended into a flower.
